After placing an order you will receive a confirmation of order on email from “Woodshed Recordings”. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours please contact us – admin@woodshedrecordings.com If ordering a digital download you will also be sent a link from which to download your mp3 files. This link is provided by E-Junkie and is totally secure. The link will expire if not downloaded within 5 hours. If your link expires before you have a chance to download please contact us to renew. The downloaded file will be in a zip format and requires extracting before it can be used. Once again please contact us if you have any difficulties with this and we will talk you through the simple process.

How long does it take to deliver the CDs and where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere worldwide.

  • UK - orders will be dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail.
  • Overseas - If you are ordering from Overseas then we deliver via Airmail and aim to get the product to you within five working days.
  • Europe - We aim to deliver to Europe in three working days

How much is delivery?

Please refer to our ordering details for postage costs.

What if I want to return a product?

Under UK Regulations, you have the right to cancel UK CD orders up to 7 working days after delivery as long as the items are in their original condition and any shrink wrap is still sealed.

Can you refund mp3s?

We cannot offer refunds on digital downloads once they have been downloaded. If you have a problem with your download please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

At what bit rate are your mp3s encoded?

All our mp3 downloads are recorded at a variable bitrate (VBR), to give you the very best listening experience.

Do your mp3 downloads come with artwork?

Of course, all our mp3s come with the artwork attached as jpgs – you get the front and back covers.

Can in cancel my order after it’s placed?

To cancel your CD order, please write ‘cancel order’ on the invoice and return the whole package to Woodshed Recordings 1 Wood Lane, Quorn, Loughobrough LE12 8DA. We advise that you send the parcel by Recorded Delivery and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If they are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund.

After receiving the parcel we will refund your credit / debit card (excluding original shipping costs) within 30 days.

I keep getting your emails – how do I get off your mailing list?

Any personal information you provide while visiting our site is confidential, and only used for the purposes of fulfilling your order. We are committed to keeping your details safe and secure. We guarantee never to sell Personal Information or share that information with any third party except where necessary for the fulfillment of your order or for purposes to which you have consented.

We might, from time to time, send mailshots and newsletters from Woodshed Recordings and if you do not wish to receive these please let us know, or reply to any with the word “unsubscribe” and we will remove your name from our marketing list.
